If you order before 3:00 PM on a working day, we will ship your order the same day.

Return / Exchange
Of course we hope that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Do you still want to return the product for some reason? No problem!
You have up to 14 days after receipt to return it. The costs for returning to 5ive Star Rating are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to 5ive Star Rating with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in it’s original condition and packaging.
We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
